Ingredients

2 c. warm water
1 pkg. RapidRise yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
5 3/4 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water.
Add sugar, salt and small amount of flour.
Stir until smooth.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup flour on counter. Gradually stir in remaining flour.
Remove dough from bowl and knead in last of flour.
Knead until smooth.
Place in bowl sprayed with Pam and cover with a warm, damp cloth until doubled, about 30 minutes.
