Chocolate Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. unsalted butter or margarine, melted
1 c. sugar
3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/8 tsp. salt
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
1 small can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
sweetened whipped cream
Preparation

Mix together butter, sugar, cocoa and salt.
Add eggs.
Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Stir in milk and vanilla.
Fold in pecans.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Cool.
Pipe whipped cream around edges.
