Rosebud Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    hamburger
    potatoes, sliced
    tomatoes (fresh or canned)
    onions, sliced
    bell peppers, sliced
    salt
    black pepper
Preparation
    Quantity is optional to taste.
    Make several layers in casserole dish, adding juice from canned tomatoes or 1/2 cup water.
    Bake approximately 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
    May need to add more or less liquid, depending on size of casserole.
