Brisket(Easy And Delicious Main Dish For Holiday Meal.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 brisket (3 to 5 lb.)
    1 pkg. dried onion-mushroom soup
    1 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except meat, with very hot tap water. Pour 1/2 into foil-lined pan.
    Add brisket.
    Pour rest of ingredients on top.
    Close foil tightly.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours. Slice thin and return meat to sauce for 1/2 hour in a 325\u00b0 oven. Serve over broad noodles.
