Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked diced chicken
    1 bag California style frozen vegetables
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    1 onion, cut into strips
    1/2 cabbage head, cut up
    any other vegetables you like
    2 c. rice, cooked
    soy sauce
Preparation
    In skillet, saut chicken in a little olive oil. Add vegetables. Saute about 6 or 7 minutes. Don't overcook! Add rice (or serve separately), then soy sauce to taste. Add any other sauces you prefer, such as teriyaki sauce.
