Crabmeat Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat (fresh or imitation)
    1 medium onion, diced
    3 stalks celery, diced
    4 oz. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. thyme leaf
    1 Tbsp. chopped basil
    1/2 c. white wine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 bay leaves
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    8 oz. fresh bread crumbs
Preparation
    Pick through crabmeat to remove shells.
    In a small saucepan add butter, onion, celery, thyme, crabmeat, wine, lemon juice, basil and bay leaves.
    Heat on low for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    When veggies are tender, place in food processor. Remove bay leaves and discard.
    Puree for 60 seconds, add in bread crumbs, mix puree well and add fresh parsley.
    If the mixture is still wet, add more breadcrumbs.
