Texas Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can fruit cocktail, drained
    1 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 large banana, cut lengthwise and sliced
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 large Cool Whip
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation
    Sprinkle dry Jell-O over fruit cocktail in large bowl. Stir until Jell-O is dissolved and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Add pineapple, banana and nuts. Stir gently until mixed well. Fold in Cool Whip and sour cream. Put in a 9 x 13 pan and refrigerate a couple of hours.
