Rock Cornish Hens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can apricot nectar
    1 c. white wine
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 tsp. Angostura Bitters
    hens
Preparation
    In small pan put nectar, wine, butter and Angostura Bitters. Heat before putting on hens.
    Place hens on rack in pan; baste. Continue basting every 1/2 hour, for 3 to 4 hours in a 225\u00b0 oven. Serve with wild rice.
