Cream Of Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. green onion (tops only)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 pkg. frozen cauliflower, thawed and chopped
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced chives
Preparation
    In sauce pan, saute onions in butter until tender.
    Stir in flour and salt until blended then gradually add broth.
    Bring to a boil, cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened.
