Bacon Muffins(12 Muffins) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon, cut into pieces and cooked
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. butter, room temperature
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onions (if you like onions)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In large bowl, mix together flour, butter, milk and egg.
    Add bacon, cheese and onions.
    If batter seems too thick, add a little more milk.
    Spray muffin pan with Pam or grease.
    Fill each cup 3/4 full.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
