Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken
    3/4 c. ripe olives (black)
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cut the olives and combine with the chicken and celery. Combine onion with the mayonnaise, soy sauce and lemon juice. Pour over chicken mixture and blend lightly.
    Serve on crisp lettuce.
