Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    4 Tbsp. softened butter
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    2 c. sliced pineapple
Preparation
    Sift flour once; measure and add baking powder, salt and sugar. Sift together 3 times.
    Add butter.
    Combine egg, milk and vanilla. Add to flour mixture.
    Beat vigorously 1 minute.
    Melt the brown sugar.
    Stir until melted. Arrange pineapple slices attractively.
    Pour batter mix over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Garnish with whipped cream.
