Baked Chicken Planks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried whole basil
    1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme
    4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a plastic bag; shake well.
    Cut chicken into 1 inch strips; dip chicken in margarine and shake in bread crumb mixture. Place in Pyrex dish. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until tender. Yields 4 servings.
