Mary Jo'S Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 3 lb. boneless chicken
    milk (enough to cover chicken)
    1 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    garlic powder to taste
    parsley
    1 c. olive oil
    1 c. white wine
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Slice chicken thin.
    Let soak in milk for 10 minutes.
    Mix cheese and bread crumbs together and coat chicken in bread crumbs mixture.
    (You may also add extra garlic powder and parsley.) After breading chicken, place in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
