Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. plain flour
1/4 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut, thawed
1 unbaked deep 9-inch pie shell or 2 (8-inch) pie shells
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add melted margarine and eggs; beat until blended.
Add vinegar and flavoring.
Mix in coconut; pour into the pie shell of your choice.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, until lightly browned.
