Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. olive or vegetable oil
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cream-style corn
1 small can chopped seeded jalapenos
1/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Grease skillet or baking dish.
In mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Stir in remaining ingredients and stir only until moist.
Bake in skillet 25 to 30 minutes, until lightly brown.
