Not Hard, Not Fattening, Not Expensive, Not Bad Chicken - cooking recipe

chicken pieces
seasonings
flour
paprika
boiling water, seasoned with bouillon cubes or chicken stock base
Preparation

Select your favorite pieces of chicken.
Sprinkle both sides with favorite seasoning: lemon pepper and garlic salt, or curry and tarragon, or just salt and pepper.
Sprinkle a little flour in the bottom of as many pans as you need and put in chicken, skin side down.
Pour in boiling water that has been seasoned with stock or bouillon cubes until the chicken pieces are almost covered.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Turn pieces over, sprinkle with paprika and bake another 30 to 45 minutes.
