Chicken L'Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 tsp. oil
    1/3 c. cooking sherry
    1/4 c. orange marmalade
    1 cube beef bouillon
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add chicken and brown well on both sides.
    Add cooking sherry, marmalade and bouillon.
    Heat to boiling, stirring.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is tender, spooning sauce over chicken occasionally.
    Serves 4.
