Instant Miracle Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. water
5 1/2 c. self-rising flour (unsifted)
1 tsp. soda
1 c. vegetable shortening
2 c. lukewarm buttermilk
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Set aside.
Mix flour, sugar and soda.
Cut in shortening.
Add buttermilk and yeast and mix. Place desired amount of dough on floured surface.
Pat out and cut with biscuit cutter or shape dough into rolls.
Mixture can be stored in covered container in refrigerator for several days. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
