Tortilla Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 corn tortillas
    salad oil
    6 slices Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Fry tortillas
    in small amount of oil for a few seconds to soften.
    Place 1/2 slice of Jack cheese on half the tortilla. Using tongs or fork, fold over.
    Fry until crisp.
    Turn and crisp the other side. As cheese melts, it seals the sandwich.
    Makes 12 sandwiches or 6 servings.
