Strudel Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. or cake yeast
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. warm milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 beaten eggs
    4 c. flour
    1 c. Crisco, melted
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. pecans, chopped
    3/4 c. coconut
Preparation
    Dissolve
    yeast and sugar in warm milk.
    Mix all ingredients together
    and
    let
    rise.
    When double in bulk, divide into 2 parts.
    Roll
    out
    but
    not too thin.
    Rub melted oleo over
    the rolled
    out
    dough.
    Mix
    together the brown sugar, pecans and coconut.
    Sprinkle 1/2 of the mixture over each 1/2 of
    rolled out
    dough.
    Roll
    up
    like
    jelly roll.
    Place on greased cookie sheet, let rise again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30
    minutes
    or until brown.
    When cool, drizzle with powdered sugar icing and garnish with cherry halves.
