Pepper Steak Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 lb. sirloin, cut in thin strips
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 c. thin pepper strips
    1/4 c. beef broth
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. scallions
Preparation
    Oil in wok.
    Add beef and garlic and cook.
    Stir 2 minutes. Push to one side of skillet.
    Add mushrooms and cook.
    Stir 1 minute.
    Add pepper strips, broth, pepper and salt.
    Stir until tender, about 2 minutes.
    Add scallions.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Serves 4.
