Betty'S Chinese Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice (original)
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 family pack meat (chicken breasts, steak, pork chops), cut in bite-size pieces (only one meat)
    1 head broccoli (if desired), steamed
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in a little oil.
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Debone all meat and cut into bite-size pieces.
    Place in a large skillet.
    Fry in a small amount of oil until done.
    Drain any excess oil.
    Mix onion, pepper, meat and steamed broccoli.
    Serve with a little soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce.
