Quick Turkey Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            1 lb. raw, ground turkey
1 egg
16 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
1 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. or 1 cube bouillon
Preparation
- 
                            In a bowl, combine turkey, bread crumbs and egg until blended. Shape into 4 large patties or 8 small patties.
In skillet over medium heat, melt margarine and brown patties on both sides. Blend cranberry sauce, water and bouillon; pour over patties. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer until done.
