Crispy Oven Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut into 8 pieces
    3 c. self-rising flour or 3 c. cake flour, plus 1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 pkg. tomato soup mix
    2 pkg. Italian salad dressing
    chicken salt
Preparation
    Remove excess fat from chicken.
    Mix remaining ingredients in a
    large bowl.
    Dredge chicken in flour mixture until completely coated.
    Place
    in\ta baking pan, skin side up, and brush all pieces with melted butter.\tBake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, or until done and golden brown.
