Peaches And Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 (3 oz.) vanilla pudding
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/2 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) can peaches, drained
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. fruit juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients.
    Beat 5 minutes and pour in 10-inch pan.
    Drain sliced peaches.
    Place fruit over batter (save juice). Mix for 2 minutes cream cheese, 4 tablespoons fruit juice and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Spoon over fruit and batter.
    Keep 1/2-inch from edge. Mix cinnamon and 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Sprinkle over cake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Cake will not look done.
