Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. pecans (optional)
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix flour, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add milk, vanilla, butter and pecans (if using).
    Pour into 2-quart baking dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients, except water; sprinkle this dry mixture over batter.
    Pour water over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
