Spaghetti Sauce For 100 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (No. 10) cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 ((No. 10) cans tomato paste
2 (No. 10) cans tomatoes
10 to 12 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 (No. 10) cans water
1/2 c. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. anise
1/2 c. oregano
2 Tbsp. pepper
20 medium onions, chopped
garlic powder to taste
20 lb. spaghetti noodles
Preparation

Chop onions; brown lightly in oil.
Add meat; cook until pinkness is gone (I brown the meat in the oven).
Add other ingredients; simmer for 4 hours.
