Riviera Peaches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 canned peach halves
1/3 c. red raspberry jelly
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Place 2 peach halves in each dessert dish.
Melt jelly over low heat.
Pour over peaches.
Chill 2 hours.
Just before serving, top with scoops of ice cream.
