Heart Smart Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake, baked
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, raspberries or 16 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1 envelope plain gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 c. low-fat yogurt (pineapple, strawberry or raspberry)
Preparation
    Soak gelatin in cold water.
    Drain fruit well.
    Reserve 3/4 cup fruit juice, adding water if necessary.
    Heat juice.
    Stir in the gelatin until dissolved, then add the fruit.
    Chill.
    When gelatin mixture begins to thicken, fold in the yogurt.
    Split the angel food cake horizontally in thirds and fill each layer with fruit as you re-stack cake.
    Frost with Smooth N' Creamy Frosting.
