Pepper Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. short, thin green pepper strips
1/2 c. yellow bell pepper strips
1 small garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
1/8 tsp. salt
4 onion rolls, toasted
4 (1 oz.) slices Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Shape beef into 4 (1/2-inch thick) patties.
Place patties on grill over medium coals.
Grill seven to nine minutes for medium, turning patties once during cooking.
Season with salt and pepper as desired.
