Meat Balls For Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round
    1 1/2 slices Italian bread, cubed
    2 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 1/2 Tbsp. milk
    1 small to medium egg
    8 single soda crackers, rolled fine
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well. Gather enough meat mixture in hands to form golf-size meat balls. Place meat balls in your own spaghetti sauce, using 1 quart of sauce.
    Simmer at least 2 hours.
    If using crock-pot, put on low heat 8 or 9 hours.
    Makes 16 meat balls.
    Cook 1/2 pound dry spaghetti.
    Serves 6.
