Creamed Brussels Sprouts With Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour (all-purpose)
    1 can French onion soup (about 10 1/2 oz.)
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    3 pkg. (10 oz. size) frozen Brussels sprouts, thawed and drained
    1 bag frozen pearl onions, thawed and drained
Preparation
    Melt butter over medium-low heat in large saucepan.
    Stir in flour with whisk wire brush.
    Cook, stirring constantly, about 1 1/2 minutes until lightly brown.
    Stir in soup and cream.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in Brussels sprouts and onions.
    Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, and until vegetables are tender.
