Seven Layer Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. cubed ham
1 1/2 c. cooked chopped broccoli
1 1/2 c. chopped onion or green onion
1 can (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. French fried onions
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

In buttered casserole, layer rice, ham, onion and broccoli. Combine soup, cheese and milk.
Spread over casserole.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Sprinkle fried onion rings over top and bake 15 minutes more.
