Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
2 (1 oz.) slices Swiss cheese
2 (1 oz.) slices cooked ham
1 (2 3/4 oz.) pkg. seasoning mix for chicken
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
Mushroom Sauce to spoon over chicken (recipe follows)
Preparation

Flatten breasts between 2 sheets of waxed paper to 1/4-inch thickness.
Place 1/2 slice of cheese and 1/2 slice of ham in center.
Roll up lengthwise, tucking edges inside.
Secure with wooden pick.
Combine next 3 ingredients; set aside.
