Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. finely diced rose rhubarb
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix rhubarb with the beaten egg yolks.
    Blend in the sugar, flour, salt, nutmeg and melted butter.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Put in a pastry lined pan.
    Bake in hot oven (425\u00b0 or 450\u00b0) for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Reduce oven to 325\u00b0 and bake for about 35 minutes or until filling is firm.
    Serve plain or with Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream.
