Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
eggs
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
3 c. chopped tart apples
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Mix sugar, oil and eggs until blended; beat 1 minute.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except apples and nuts.
Beat 1 minute. Stir in apples and nuts.
Pour into pan.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes. Let cool and top with vanilla glaze.
