Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 boiled chicken, deboned and cut bite size
1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (fat free)
1 large pkg. Doritos
Preparation

Heat soup (do not dilute) and Ro-Tel tomatoes in pot.
In 1 1/2-quart baking dish, alternate layers of Doritos, onion, chicken and cheese. Pour soup mixture over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
