Widerhold Homemade Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salt
    1/2 c. pepper
    1 tsp. saltpeter
    40 lb. boned meat
    onion, garlic and chili powder to taste
    mustard seed (optional)
Preparation
    Cut boned meat into small enough pieces to put through grinder.
    Add seasonings and mix well.
    Put all through grinder. This will help mix the seasonings more evenly.
