Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes
6 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
chopped green onions (optional)
Preparation

Cook peeled potatoes until tender and drain.
Mash smooth. Add all ingredients and beat until fluffy.
Cool.
Cover and place in refrigerator.
May be used any time within 2 weeks.
