Fish Kedgree - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    60 grams butter
    300 grams frozen haddock, poached, skinned, boned, flaked
    184 gram box Rice-A-Roni any herb flavor, cooked
    2 hard boiled eggs,chopped
    salt
    freshly ground black pepper
    10 ml. curry powder
    12.5 ml. freshly chopped parsley
    37.5 ml. fresh cream
Preparation
    Heat butter in large saucepan.
    Stir in flaked haddock, cooked rice, eggs, seasoning and curry powder.
    Stir well.
    Add parsley and stir in cream.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Serve immediately. Serves 4.
