Barbecue Frankfurters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 lb. frankfurters
Preparation
    Cook onion in oil until tender.
    Stir in next 6 ingredients, 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
    Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
    Score franks diagonally at 1-inch intervals.
    Add to sauce; simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
    Serve over toasted buns. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
