Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 bell pepper, chopped fine
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies, chopped fine
    1 small can Carnation milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. ground meat
Preparation
    Melt cheese. Add Ro-Tel tomatoes, mushroom soup and Carnation milk. Cook ground meat and drain. Add onion, peppers and celery. Cook a few minutes. Add to cheese. Leave on low heat, stirring often to keep it from sticking, until ready to serve.
