Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 bunch green onion, chopped
    1 tomato, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 can corn, drained
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    8 oz. low-fat Ranch dressing
Preparation
    Make cornbread as directed on package and crumble.
    Mix with all other ingredients and let set for 2 hours.
