Green Beans Fermier - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen French-style green beans
    6 bacon slices, diced
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon envelopes
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Prepare green beans as label directs; drain.
    Place beans in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Meanwhile, in a 2-quart saucepan, over medium heat, cook bacon and onion 10 minutes or until bacon is browned and onion is tender, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in flour until blended.
    Gradually stir in 1 1/2 cups water, bouillon and pepper; cook, stirring constantly until sauce is very thick.
    Gently stir sauce with beans; sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly. Makes 8 servings.
