Pumpkin Ring Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 large eggs
2 2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. canned pumpkin
2/3 c. water
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
