Stuffed Beef Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 bracciole steaks
    1 lb. ground sirloin
    4 slices bread
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan, grated
    pinch of nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    4 slices lean bacon
    5 slices Genoa salami
    6 slices Provolone
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    fresh or frozen peas
Preparation
    Soak bread in water and gently squeeze dry; add to ground sirloin.
    Add in eggs, grated Parmesan and salt, pepper (to taste), nutmeg and parsley.
    Mix thoroughly
