Turkey Meat Loaf(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon
    1/2 c. salsa
    1 1/2 lb. ground skinless turkey breast
    3/4 c. rolled oats
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg white
    1 c. salsa
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In small bowl, stir chicken bouillon into 1/2 cup salsa.
    Set aside.
    In a bowl, combine turkey, oats, onion, basil, garlic powder, pepper and egg white.
    Mix well.
    Add bouillon mixture.
    Mix well.
    Spoon mixture into ungreased 8 x 4-inch loaf pan or shape mixture into an 8 x 4-inch loaf in ungreased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes or until well browned and firm.
    Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
    Heat 1 cup salsa in small saucepan until warm.
    Serve with meat loaf.
    Makes 6 servings.
