Rice Flour Muffins - cooking recipe

1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. soda
2 c. sour cream or buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Combine with liquid ingredients.
Do not overbeat.
