Rice Flour Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice flour
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. sour cream or buttermilk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Combine with liquid ingredients.
    Do not overbeat.
    Bake in oiled muffin pans at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Yield:
