Pat A Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Sift sugar, flour and salt together in pie plate.
    With fork, in small bowl, whip together oil and milk.
    Pour over flour mixture.
    Mix with fork until all flour is damp.
    Press against bottom and sides of pie plate.
    Crimp edges.
    Fill with fruit filling.
    If want top crust, reserve 1/3 of dough, then crumble over top.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, reduce to 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    For shell only, 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
